Refund Policy

1. Order Accuracy and Quality

If there is an issue with your order - such as missing items, incorrect meals, or quality concerns - please contact us within 2 hours of delivery or pickup.

Once verified, we may offer one of the following:

• A replacement of the affected item(s)

• A partial refund

• A discount or credit towards your next order

 

Due to the perishable nature of food, complaints received after this period may not qualify for review.

 

2. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made before food preparation begins attract a 5% administrative charge.

• Cancellations made one (1) day before delivery incur a 15% charge. For orders pre-booked three (3) weeks and above, cancellations made 8–14 days before delivery attract the same 15% charge.

• Same-day cancellations attract a 50% charge. For orders pre-booked three (3) weeks and above, cancellations made within one (1) week before delivery attract the same 50% charge.

• Orders already prepared or in delivery cannot be cancelled or refunded.

 

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 5–10 working days after confirmation and issued through the original payment channel.

 

3. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds do not apply in cases where:

• The order was correctly prepared and delivered as confirmed.

• The food was not consumed promptly or was stored improperly after delivery.

• Dissatisfaction is based on personal taste or preference.

 

4. Catering Orders

For large or catering orders, deposits become non-refundable once ingredients or preparation have begun.

Any eligible balance refund will follow the same timelines and conditions above.
