​Terms and Conditions

1. About Us

This is our grill-focused cloud kitchen operating exclusively on a pre-order basis. All meals are freshly prepared upon order, and we deliver to you.

2. Orders and Payments

Orders must be placed at least two (2) days  and up to sixty (60) days in advance of the intended delivery date.

Orders are processed only after full payment confirmation.

We accept payments via approved online platforms, bank transfers, or other listed methods.

All prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira (₦). Refunds, where applicable, will be issued in Naira through the original payment channel.

3. Delivery and Dispatch

Deliveries are made through our trusted independent delivery partners.

While we work with reliable partners, we are not responsible for delays or mishandling once the order leaves our kitchen. However, we will assist in resolving any verified delivery-related issues.

Please ensure that your delivery address and phone number are accurate and accessible. Incorrect details resulting in failed or delayed delivery remain the customer’s responsibility.

Delivery times are based on location and traffic conditions and may vary slightly.

4. Food Freshness and Returns

All meals are freshly grilled and highly perishable, so we do not accept returns once food has been delivered.

If your order is missing an item or has a verified quality issue, please notify us within 2 hours of delivery with order details and photos.

Where a complaint is validated, a replacement or refund (in Naira) may be offered at our discretion.

Complaints received after the 2-hour window cannot be reviewed due to the perishable nature of food.

5. Allergies and Dietary Requests

Customers must inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when placing an order. You can mention this in the 'Add a Note' box in the 'My Cart' section by clicking "View Cart".

Our kitchen handles common allergens (nuts, dairy, gluten, seafood, etc.). While we take care to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

 

6. Cancellations and Refunds

As all meals are made fresh to order, production typically begins one day before delivery.

  • Cancellations attract a 5% administrative charge.

  • Cancellations made one day before delivery incur a 15% charge. For orders pre-booked three (3) weeks and above, cancellations made 8–14 days before delivery attract the same 15% charge.

  • Same-day cancellations attract a 50% charge. For orders pre-booked three (3) weeks and above, cancellations made within one (1) week before delivery attract the same 50% charge.

  • Orders already in production or completed are non-refundable, except in verified cases of kitchen or delivery error.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days through the original payment method in Naira (₦). Exchange rate variations or third-party transaction fees are beyond our control.

 

7. Order Changes

  • Requests to modify an order (such as delivery address or time) must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery.

  • Requests to modify menu orders are allowed only for pre-orders booked two (2) weeks or more in advance. Such requests must be made at least five (5) days before the scheduled delivery.

  • On the day of delivery, changes may not be possible and may attract additional charges. However, at our discretion, a change in delivery time or date may be accommodated where feasible.

 

8. Promotions and Offers

Promotions, discounts, and offers are valid only for the stated period and cannot be combined unless expressly allowed.

We reserve the right to modify or withdraw promotions without prior notice.

 

9. Liability

We take great care to maintain high food quality and hygiene standards. However, we are not liable for any loss, illness, or damage arising from improper handling or delayed consumption after delivery.

Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the affected order.

 

10. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for any delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond our control - including traffic, weather conditions, logistics delays, strikes, or government restrictions. In such cases, affected customers will be informed and offered a rescheduled delivery where possible.

 

11. Privacy and Data

Customer details are used solely for order processing, communication, and delivery purposes.

We do not share personal information with third parties except as required for delivery or payment processing.

 

12. Contact
